Hi, I'm Joy, founder of Mixson Interior Designs.
My love for interior design started long before I decided to make it a business. For as long as I can remember, I've been rearranging rooms, collecting fabric samples, and imagining how a space could feel if it were just a little more thoughtful, a little more welcoming.
What I've always loved most isn't the furniture or the finishes. It's the moment a client walks into a finished room and exhales. That's the feeling I design for: home, only better.
Family is at the center of everything I do. I design for real life, for homework at the kitchen island, for holidays with too many people and not enough chairs, for quiet mornings before anyone else is awake. Beautiful spaces should hold all of it.
